Health is one of the basic component and essential part of overall socio-economic development.
Without good health, there is no scope for sustainable development. So. Health is an important
Issue in raising the productivity of a country through raising consciousness and providing health services for the people specially the underprivileged. Despite the formulation of the Health policy
By the Govemment of Bangladesh. increase in the construction of health infrastructure,
Increased allocation of money in the health sector, condition of this area remains unchanged. As a result. The poor and underprivileged people in this project area are deprived of health facilities Caving them at an insecure condition. Though health is a basic human rights of every citizen. in fact. In the villages under project area. The proportion of mothers receiving antenatal care, intra-natal care ,post-natal  care and access to emergency care are not encouraging at all.
The best they can afford or most importantly are willing to avail on dedicated health and family planning workers.
Primary Health Care Program is one of the major objective of ASIB Bangladesh.BPUS Bangladesh believes that” Health is Wealth” and at the same time BPUS Bangladesh also believes that “Prevention is better than Cure”

In such a Situation. An exclusive health center .specially for these women, who are bound by various social taboos. Is a crying need of the time. Considering the present condition of health family planning,MCH and primary health care services in the area, it is imperative to set up low cost health center to meet the health needs of the poor people and to increase the operative efficiency to cover the immunization, vaccination , and other health facilities.

In the stated circumstances, realizing the enormity of the problem and keeping this concept in
mind, Bangladesh Pally Unnayan Sangstha (BPUS) Bangladesh has decided to set up low cost MCH clinics for introducing health and population programs to serve the sick humanity and hence already undertaken a project titled “Palli Primary Heatlh Care Program”
In the year 2008, for upliftment of tatal situation of the project area. Under the auspices and  financial support of BPUS Bangladesh, 2 Primary Health Care Centers has been established at Malonche Union of Kahaloo Upazilla under Bogra District. Under this program.
