One of
the important components of any development program is to strengthen the
management capacity of the local program managers, service providers and
community leaders so that program activities can be managed locally, The
proposed project will emphasize on capacity development effort, Experiences
shows that management, development training at local level results in more
effective team plans, program monitoring, and are associated with improvement
