Management System:

BPUS Bangladesh has properly constituted managing body, which is called Executive Committee(EC).it is regulated by the Executive Committee consisting of 07(Seven0 Members according to its Constitution. This 7 members Executive Committee (EC) is mainly responsible for overall management of the organization. They are elected by the General Council (GC) of the organization for three years. Executive Committee (EC) meets after every months to plan, monitor and supervise the organizational activities. Secretary General cum Executive Director is mainly responsible to implement the day to day activities of the organization The EC is accountable to the GC for their duties and responsibilities. The Executive Committee formulates the Financial Principles of the Organization and the Executive Director , is the Chief Executive and being the Founder of the organization, is the supreme authority for taking decisions as well as formulation of strategic planning & policy guidelines, on behalf of the Executive Committee Executive  Director con ducts the day to day proper management of the Organization.
