Community participation:

The primary need for this project will be to explore specific ways and means for the community to participate effectively in promoting and even delivering services for the proposed activities. However, efforts will be made to establish a strong partnership between the supporters of the initiatives and program personnel. This is likely to intensify their commit.ment to the goals make the \activities under this project an integral part of community initiatives and thus, derive a sense of program ownership. Thou the community action takes time to organize and needs continuing support but if it can be effectively organized, the effects can be long lasting.

The community member will actively be involved in the decision making and management process of the project. They will review the project progress and implementation status of the project quarterly. They will also take part in the implementation process through involving in the beneficiaries selection.
