community leaders involved in program development and implementation through of
Upazilla and
Union teams,
These teams should have a clear idea about the program and its strategies to be
followed, and knowledge about how to address the key program issues. it will be
joint responsibilities of the local teams to plan and implement the program
accordingly, This will strengthen program management and organizational
linkages.
